Hi, my name is Coach Isadora.

I’m a former college athlete, Functional Strength coach, and the founder of Leaner Stronger Smarter.

A lot of people think that because I used to be a college athlete and have a bunch of “fancy” certifications and degrees that I’ve always been in great shape…

But that’s not exactly true…

Back in 2009 I was in a very dark place with my physical and mental health.

If you’d have walked through the dorm halls that night back in 2009 in West Virginia at Salem International University…

It would have looked like any normal college week night.

The sound of movies could faintly be heard through the doors as you walked down the mostly empty halls…

The occasional girl in pajamas ran from one room to the other to chat with her friends late into the night about anything and everything under the moon…

A few girls were firmly locked in their rooms studying intently for next week's test…
And then there was me.

A crying, bloody, extremely unhealthy girl with bloodshot eyes staring in the bathroom mirror wondering what on Earth I was doing with my life.

You see, despite the fact that I had come to the United States from Brazil on an athletic scholarship for soccer and swimming…

After only 4 months in the US, I had gained 20lbs of fat.

Back home I had been able to cook all my own meals and be in control of what I ate.

But now that I was eating the oil drenched unhealthy foods at our school cafeteria...

And my roommate’s mom was stockpiling our mini-fridge with poptarts of every flavor…

I was gaining weight every week so fast I barely had time to stop it from happening!

So - in an attempt to lose all the weight I had gained - I had been exercising more than ever before. But when that didn’t work, I started forcing myself to throw up almost every night after dinner for the past few months.

And on this particular night in 2009, my body was at the breaking point.

When I walked to the mirror after my nightly routine of vomiting in the far stall of the bathroom…

I saw a total stranger staring back at me.

The happy, joyful, athletic and loving girl I was used to seeing in the mirror had disappeared.

Now the woman who stood in her place looked like she had been stolen straight out of a horror movie.

Her eyes looked empty and hollow...

Her skin was pale and sagging off her face like someone 25 years older than me…

There was blood streaming out of her nose covering her mouth and neck…

But the scariest thing about the woman in the mirror was that she was no stranger at all…

She was ME.

And despite running for miles at soccer practice 2x per day during the school week...

...and going to the gym 2x per day on the weekends…

...and forcing myself to throw up almost every night...

...I was STILL almost 20lbs overweight!

This story might sound a little intense to you…

Maybe it’s not the “PG fitness story” you’re used to…

But it was my reality back in 2009.

And the sad truth is that this isn’t only my story…

There are women all over the world who work themselves to the bone (just like I used to do) hoping to lose weight and finally step into that lean, confident, bikini body that every woman dreams of.

You know, the kind of body that you feel comfortable and proud to show off at the beach…

The kind of body that makes you confidently take your clothes off around your partner…

The kind of body that gives you a sense of confidence and power in EVERYTHING that you do...

But unfortunately, most women spend their whole lives trying to get a lean body the WRONG WAY.

And it’s not even their FAULT!

Women, just like you and young Isa, have been brainwashed into thinking that if we severely limit our calories and do enough cardio to rival roadrunner from Looney Toons then we’ll be able to get the bodies we really want.

We’ve been taught that if we do a 30-day restrictive diet challenge…

Or spend a few hundred dollars on weird supplements and juices…

Or buy a Peloton bike so we can pedal for miles and miles every week...

That we’ll finally be able to get a body like our favorite fit models and celebrities.

But this is a LIE that has been told to women on purpose so big fitness companies can make more money!

Their goal is to keep selling you temporary solutions so you always have to come back and buy more stuff from them.

And if they confuse you with “hacks” instead of teaching you how to train to build a leaner and stronger body that lasts a lifetime...

Then it’s just more job security for them.

And back in 2009, I was struggling to lose weight for this exact reason!

I was Googling all the new diets and workout “hacks”...

But when nothing helped me lose weight and keep it off, I thought there was something wrong with ME.

And that’s why I found myself looking like a woman stolen out of a horror movie in college over a decade ago.

But luckily for me, that one night in 2009 at Salem International University is not where my story ended...

Instead, it’s where my story STARTED.

I made a commitment to change my health for the better. So I began creating a science based approach to women’s fitness and health. 

And after:

6 years of college where I graduated with a bachelor's degree in exercise physiology and a masters degree in exercise science...

8 separate fitness certifications in functional strength training, nutrition, and more…

And experimenting on my own body almost every day until 2017…

I finally made a permanent fitness transformation.

I had spent years of my life being an overworked, overweight, depressed, girl that hid my pain under a fake smile...

But in 2017, I finally stepped into a body that made me look in the mirror and think “O my gosh, I did it.

I looked leaner and felt stronger than ever before.

So...what changed?

The answer is simple…

I STOPPED listening to what all the big fitness companies and celebrity trainers had to say…

And listened ONLY to the science I was studying to create my own fitness method that got me results that lasted.

And I’m proud to say that this is the SAME method I’ve used to become a global fitness coach and help over 100 women all over the world start looking leaner and feeling stronger than ever before by simply training SMARTER.

From my own experience of building a leaner and stronger body…

And my experience from helping hundreds of my clients lose weight and build leaner and stronger bodies as well...

This “Lean Loop” is the EXACT roadmap that every successful fitness story follows.

There are 3 phases in this Lean Loop that you MUST follow to get long term fitness results.

The problem is that most fitness programs (actually almost all fitness programs) DON’T include these 3 phases. As a consequence, most fitness programs DO NOT get people long term results.

SO WHAT EXACTLY ARE THE 3 PHASES IN THE LEAN LOOP ROADMAP?

Phase 1: Momentum

When you look at the lean loop roadmap above, I want you to think of yourself as a ball rolling along the line in the graph.

In order for you to make it up and through the loop, you’ll need to build a lot of momentum.

Without momentum, you won’t have enough power to make it through your first challenge of starting a new program, so you’ll never be able to make it up the steep climb of the loop.

So where does YOUR momentum come from in your fitness journey?

It comes from getting an awesome plan (that I will build for you) and having the education how to properly execute your training with optimum intensity and learning how to eat to honor your hunger with delicious food. 

When you feel empowered by knowledge and follow your unique plan, you will see FAST results so you build a lot of quick momentum to power you up the steep part of the Lean Loop.

And this leads us into phase 2...

Phase 2: “Resultivation”

If you’ve watched any of my videos on social media, you’ll know that I have a tendency to make up words haha.

And one of my favorite new homemade words is “resultivation”. Results + Motivation.

You see, when you have momentum you will be able to get fast results. And when you get results, the automatic effect is to start feeling motivated!

So building enough momentum in phase 1 will lead you straight into phase 2 of resultivation.

When you see results, you will be motivated to keep getting good results!

Think about it…

When you see yourself getting slimmer in the mirror...you get motivated to keep going.

When you receive a compliment from your friend on how great you look...you get motivated to keep going.

When you receive an invitation to that wedding and you know you will look great at...you get motivated to keep going.

When you just need to take one picture instead of two hundred to look amazing...you get motivated to keep going!

This is how a lifelong fitness transformation starts to happen!

And this leads us straight into the final phase...

Phase 3: Lean Lifestyle

A lot of people think losing weight and getting lean is something they do once. But unfortunately, that’s not quite true…

Staying lean is something that you have to practice for LIFE. But that doesn’t mean your whole life has to be hard.

In fact, staying lean is a lot easier than getting lean when you know how to keep your body happy and healthy.

It’s just like learning to drive a car in that way.

In the beginning, learning how to drive is intimidating with so many things to worry about.
A new driver has to focus on the steering wheel, the gas, the brakes, the lines on the road, your mirrors, the speed limit, your girlfriends are in the back yelling at you to turn up Rihanna’s “Disturbia” etc…

It’s a lot to learn!

But now that you’ve been driving forever you can probably do your make-up, drink a coffee, and sing along to your favorite song all at the same time while driving.

See? It’s easy when you KNOW.

And it’s the same with building a body that looks leaner and feels strong.
It might be intimidating at first, but it’s easy when you KNOW.

These are the 3 phases of every successful fitness transformation.

But as I told you earlier, most fitness programs and diets DO NOT teach these 3 phases of the lean loop or give you a roadmap to your future body.

This is why most people who start new programs NEVER get the long term results they really want.

The first step to build your LEAN body is a 60 min assessment Video Call with me.

Two things will happen in this call:

1. Your Movement Screening
Here I will take a detailed look at your movement quality, and movement patterns that will allow me to make your personalized programming decisions with precision and purpose.

2. Nutrition and Lifestyle breakdown

During the second part of the call, we will take a “hard” look at your typical day we will you breakdown all your meals throughout the day, we are going to talk about your sleep, job, your stressors, your lifestyle choices from what kind of restaurant you like to go to how often you drink water.

The LSS assessment is important because when we take a precise look at your life we can find what is causing you to feel the way you feel. Why you can’t lose weight, or why you can not gain muscle or why your energy is so low, or why you are not feeling like yourself.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What makes this program different from everything else I’ve tried?
Look, in the US, anyone can become a personal trainer with a week’s certification which is why there is so much BAD fitness information online.

Not to mention big fitness companies trying to sell partial solutions that don’t get you long term results!

So the difference in this program is that it’s built to get you LONG TERM FITNESS RESULTS.

Back in Brazil I had to study for 4-years in college to become a personal trainer.

And when I came to the US, I got a masters degree in exercise science and 8 different certifications learning from some of the best in the world to really learn how the human body works.

This is why (unlike other fitness programs) my program helps my clients look leaner and feel stronger for LIFE.
How fast will I see results?
My girls have seen results as soon as one week, but at the end of the day results depend on YOU. 

The more you follow my advice, and the closer we work together, the faster you will lose weight and/or build muscle.
Will I need to get training equipment?
I will design personalized training for you so you can train at home or the gym. If you train at home, you need at least one set of dumbbells heavy enough to challenge you (adjustable dumbbells are the best for this), 1-3 resistance bands. Having a Fitbit or Apple watch and a smart scale is a great bonus to track your progress!
Is there any special diet I need to follow?
You will have a personalized nutrition plan based on your nutrition preference and schedule. But I’ll also teach you how to eat in a way that you will never go hungry and will actually enjoy the food you eat. As I always say… In my house, the food is delicious! So I will help you make your food delicious as well :)
How many meals should I eat in a day?
I design your meal plan around your lifestyle.

3 square meals + a snack is typical. But sometimes we alter it depending on what you need so you’re never going hungry.
What if I have an allergy?
You and I will determine any allergies during our assessment. Your meal plan will have substitutions if needed based on your allergies.
I am Vegan/Vegetarian/Pescatarian/etc. Will the meal plan still work for me?
Yep!

As long as you're not a vampire that only drinks blood lol, I can help you personalize your plan to fit your preferences.
How many times do I have to train per week?
It really depends on your fitness goal and daily schedule.
I highly encourage 4 days of training workouts followed by 3 active rest days. But we will adjust your plan if needed so you can still get results.
Can I still join if I have an injury?
Tell me all the details about your injuries on the phone call.... Your workout program is designed to accommodate injuries.
I travel a lot, will this still work for me?
Of course.

I work with several clients that travel all the time.

Being fit while traveling is completely possible with the right plan.

If you are going to travel at any time during my program, just let me know and I will provide you with a travel training plan that works with your schedule :)
